White Supremacist Gang Member Sentenced to Ten Years After Joint Investigation

Federal Judge Garr King sentenced Dale Amstutz-Dunn to 120 months prison following his conviction as a felon in possession of a firearm. The case arose out of a joint investigation conducted by BATF, the PSN-initiated Metro Gang Task Force, the Medford Police Department and Douglas County Sheriff’s personnel.

Following search warrant execution at a Talent, Oregon residence, defendant was found in possession of several firearms, some which he had stolen in a Douglas County burglary only a few days before. Amstutz-Dunn, who was affiliated with the Oregon Aryan Crime Syndicate, a white supremacist prison gang, had prior convictions for firearms possession and property crimes. Prosecuted by AUSA Tom Edmonds.
